Automotive platform: valuation, VIN, parts, service
The problem
Buying or selling a car is spread across five places: valuation, VIN history, parts, a sales channel and service. The client needed one place where a visitor can go from “what is my car worth” to a concrete service.
The solution
Auto Magistar covers the whole vehicle journey in one place: estimating a vehicle, checking it by VIN, finding parts, selling on commission, booking service, and reading content — with an AI assistant that knows the catalogue.
Honest weakness, stated by me rather than discovered by a client: too many modules compete for attention. The correct product move is to make one primary service obvious and demote the rest to secondary navigation.
