SEO Operator OS
SEO/GEO operator with built-in billing
The problem
SEO and analytics tools show numbers but do not act — and almost none of them can bill for themselves. I wanted one operator that runs the daily checks, prepares the fixes, verifies them live, and ships with a licence and a checkout so it can be sold as software rather than delivered as a service.
The solution
SEO Operator OS is the commercial form of the same checking engine that runs my own sites: it walks a site daily, measures indexation, canonicals, structured data, speed and AI visibility, then prepares and verifies fixes instead of only reporting problems.
What makes it a product rather than a script is the commercial layer built into it: licence keys with activation, a machine-readable price list that AI assistants can quote correctly, and a checkout through a merchant of record so a buyer can pay without a sales call.
It ships in two forms: a web operator served from its own domain, and a Windows installer for people who want it on a machine they control. The code carries 295 test files covering the checking, fixing and licensing paths.
Verifiable proof
Each item is checkable — a command, a public URL, or a number measured on the live system.
