1. Who provides the service

2. What is sold — and what is not

Sold are only hand-written letters: a personal service. There are no digital products — no downloads, no PDFs, no courses, no app, no subscription with automatic renewal. The book on this website is free and not for sale.

This is not psychotherapy, not a medical treatment, not a diagnosis and not a crisis service. The seller is not a therapist, psychologist or doctor.

You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Contract and price

Your request through the form is an offer. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts it — at the latest with the confirmation email. Prices are those shown on the website, in Swedish kronor, including all costs. Payment is made before the service begins. No VAT is charged: the service is provided and taxed in Serbia.

4. Your right to cancel — 14 days

As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement by email to dejanswat@gmail.com. You receive a full refund of everything you paid, using the same means of payment, within 14 days of your notice.

If you expressly ask the seller to start work before the 14 days are over, and the seller confirms that the work has started, the right to withdraw ends once the letter has been delivered. Until then you can cancel at any time.

5. Delivery

The opening letter follows within 48 hours of the payment, the answer to your letter within 72 hours (programme: five working days). If the week is full or the seller is ill, you are told before you pay.

6. Privacy

The seller stores your name, email address, year of birth and the letters — nothing else. Data is held on a server in the EU (Helsinki, Finland). No AI service is used to draft your letters: your text is not sent to any AI provider. No advertising, no profiling, no selling of data. On request everything is deleted within 7 days.

Visits are measured only if you accept cookies; without consent, nothing is recorded.

7. Confidentiality and copyright

Your letters and the answers are confidential. They are not published anywhere without your written permission. The letters are for you; commercial redistribution is not permitted.

8. Limits and liability

The seller is not responsible for decisions you make after reading the letters. Letters are not legal, tax or medical advice. In danger to yourself or others, contact the emergency numbers listed on the main page.

Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence the seller is liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.

9. Complaints and law

Write to dejanswat@gmail.com first; you get an answer within 8 days. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live — including Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish consumer law — remain unaffected.
