Terms.

Short version: letters only, 18+, not therapy, not a crisis service. I answer within 72 hours (program: 5 working days). You can cancel for a full refund any time before I start reading your first letter. Nothing you write is published without your written permission.

1. Who provides the service

Dejan Milošević, natural person, Majevička 1a, 11080 Zemun, Serbia. Contact: dejanswat@gmail.com. The service is provided in writing, in English, from Serbia.

2. What the service is — and is not

You write a letter; I answer with a letter: your words, one pattern, one question, one step. This is not psychotherapy, not psychiatry, not diagnosis and not medical advice. I am not a licensed therapist and I do not prescribe anything. If your situation needs professional or emergency help, I will say so.

No calls, no video, no appointments. English pages are letters only.

3. Who can use it

Adults (18+). If you are under 18, please do not order.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP on this page. Payment is by bank transfer in EUR or by card; after your order you receive the details. The order is confirmed when the payment arrives. Requests are limited to a few per hour per network for spam protection.

Bank transfer (EUR): Raiffeisen banka ad Beograd, BIC RZBSRSBG, IBAN RS35265050000066148597, beneficiary Dejan Milošević, Majevička 1a, 11080 Zemun. For payments from outside Serbia the correspondent bank is RZBAATWW (Raiffeisen Bank International, Vienna). Always include the reference from your order.

5. Timeframes

Answer within 72 hours from the moment the payment is confirmed and your letter is complete. For the program by letter: 5 working days. There is no deadline on your side — you write when you can.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before I start reading your first letter. After that, the work has started; you may still stop at any point and you keep every letter already received. Refunds are made to the account or card used for payment.

7. Privacy and data

What I keep: your name, email, year of birth (only to know the life stage), your letters and my answers — in a database on a server in the EU (Hetzner, Helsinki). Your client link is the key to your box; no password, no account.

To draft an answer, the text of your letter is sent to a language model (DeepSeek) as a draft. I review and rewrite every answer before it is sent; the draft is not published. Nothing you write is published or shared without your written permission.

This site measures visits (GA4) only if you accept cookies — until you do, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is recorded. There are no advertising cookies and no profiling.

8. Limits and safety

If you are in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, this service is not enough: call your local emergency number. United States: 988. United Kingdom: 116 123. Europe: 112. Serbia: 194 or 0800 300 303.

9. Complaints and law

Write to dejanswat@gmail.com and I will answer within 8 days. Serbian law applies; consumer rights under EU rules are respected for consumers in the EU.

Your right to cancel (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from placing your order to cancel for any reason and get a full refund. If you ask me to start writing before those 14 days are over and I confirm that I have started, the right to cancel ends when the letter is delivered. Until then you can cancel at any time by writing to dejanswat@gmail.com.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia; mandatory UK consumer protections still apply to you.
