Everything you need to know

Frequently asked questions.

What actually happens when I write?

You use the form on the start page: name, email, year of birth, a few sentences. You get the payment details straight away. Once the payment is in, I write you an opening letter — two or three sentences so you know I have read your words, and the question I need.

You reply. Within 72 hours you get my letter: your words back, one pattern, one question, one step for the next seven days.

What does an answer look like?

Like this. It is the shape every letter has — not a template, a structure:

Extract · reply to a letter about "I just function"
You wrote: "I function. Everything runs, and I am not in it."

That is not a breakdown. That is the invoice for twenty years of doing what was expected — and doing it well. Functioning gets rewarded. That is why it does not stop on its own.

The pattern I see: there is no area in your life where you are not being assessed. Work is assessed, the house is assessed, even rest is assessed ("I should get out more"). There is no place where you simply are. Not out of forgetfulness — because you never needed one while things were running.

My question: when did you last do something nobody can see? Not something forbidden. Something unassessed.

Your step for seven days: one hour that is in no calendar and that nobody hears about.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not psychotherapy, not a medical treatment, not a diagnosis and not a crisis service. I am not a qualified therapist, psychologist or doctor. I write letters.

What I do is work with language: reading your words closely enough that the pattern becomes visible — the one you cannot see yourself. That is a craft, not a treatment.

If you are in crisis, having thoughts of suicide, or need a diagnosis, this page is not the right place. Call 116 123 (Samaritans, free, 24/7), 111 option 2, or 999 in an emergency.

Who writes the answer?

I do. Every single letter. No generator, no template, no assistant. That is why the number of letters per week is limited: I can only write as many as I can actually write.

More: About me.

What does it cost?

Everything is included. No add-ons, no "modules", nothing that costs more later.

How do I pay?

By card, in pounds — I send a secure link by email, usually within a few hours. Bank transfer is possible too (I send the details with the confirmation). No subscription, no automatic renewal, nothing stored.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, on request — write "invoice" in your message. It shows the service, the amount, the date and my address. No VAT is shown, because the service is provided and taxed in Serbia.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from ordering to cancel for any reason and get a full refund — as long as I have not started writing. Once I have started and delivered the letter, the right to cancel ends. Details: Terms.

What happens to my data?

I store your name, email, year of birth and the letters — nothing else. The server is in the EU (Helsinki). No AI drafts for your letters: your text is not sent to any AI service. No advertising, no profiling, no selling. Details: privacy.

How long does it really take?

An answer within 72 hours of your letter (programme: five working days). If I am ill or the week is full, I tell you before you pay — not after.

Which language can I write in?

English, German or Serbian. Write in your language, get the answer in the same one.

What if I don't know what to write?

Then write exactly that: "I don't know what to write." That is not a bad start — it is usually the first true sentence. I will ask the question that gets the rest.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Only I read your letters. They appear nowhere — not on this site, not on social media, not in a book — without your written permission. On request I delete everything within seven days.
